Welcome to boldhatmaker.com. Thank you for choosing Boldhatmaker as your custom headwear partner. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of any product or service offered via our website. By placing an order with Boldhatmaker, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy , and any additional policies referenced herein.

The Website is owned and operated by Boldhatmaker Ltd. Should you have any questions regarding these Terms, please contact our Customer Service team at ding@boldhatmaker.com prior to placing an order.

General

Boldhatmaker strives for accuracy in all product descriptions, pricing, and other website content. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or fully up to date.

• Product colors may vary slightly from on-screen displays due to monitor settings.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered or redirected unless expressly approved by Boldhatmaker.

Product Availability

Our website displays only items we expect to be available for production and dispatch.

• If a product or style is unavailable, it will be marked “SOLD OUT” or certain sizes/colors may be hidden.
• Products in your shopping cart are not reserved until payment is completed.
• We do not accept backorders, layaway, or rain checks.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Boldhatmaker. After placing an order, you will receive :

• Order Confirmation : Acknowledges receipt of your order and payment.
• Order Cancellation : If items are unavailable or cannot be produced, you will be notified and given the choice of a refund or an alternative product.

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your goods. Boldhatmaker retains ownership of all products until both payment and delivery are completed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to :

• Payment authorization issues
• Stock unavailability
• Quality control concerns
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and subject to change without notice.
• Order Confirmation: Acknowledges receipt of your order and payment.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or other methods introduced in the future.
• Payment is processed at the time of order.

Taxes, Duties & Fees

• Sales taxes (where applicable) may be included in product pricing.
• Customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, tariffs, and customs fees in their respective jurisdictions.
• International transactions may incur bank fees or currency conversion charges. Please confirm with your payment provider.

Cancellations

By Boldhatmaker :

We may cancel any order (in whole or part) at our discretion, with notification provided. Customers will not be charged for cancelled items, and refunds will be processed promptly.

By Customer :

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not entered production. Once production or material procurement has begun, cancellations are subject to Boldhatmaker’s approval and may incur administrative or restocking fees (minimum 10% of order value).

Custom Headwear Orders

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to the following :

• Non-Refundable : Custom headwear orders and samples are not eligible for refund once production begins.
• Production Timeline : Standard lead time is 6–8 weeks (excluding shipping). Expedited production may be available upon request.
• Tolerance : As all Boldhatmaker headwear is cut-and-sewn by hand, minor variations are expected. A tolerance of up to 5% is industry standard.
• Revisions : Embroidery sew-outs, screen-print mockups, or embellishment samples will be provided for approval. Excessive revision requests may delay production and cannot be grounds for cancellation.
• Client Changes : Any post-approval changes requested by the client may incur additional costs and delay timelines.

Shipping & Delivery

• Boldhatmaker offers shipping via DHL, FedEx, or freight forwarding partners.
• Standard transit times : 7–9 days (air courier) or 25–45 days (ocean freight).
• Delivery dates are estimates only ; Boldhatmaker is not liable for delays caused by customs, logistics providers, or force majeure.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Damage in Transit

All shipments are insured. If goods arrive damaged :

• Notify Boldhatmaker within 48 hours of receipt.
• Return items in original packaging. Boldhatmaker will assess and determine replacement or repair.
Note : Shipping damage does not constitute “defective merchandise” and does not qualify for refund.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, trade dress, product designs, logos, and content displayed on boldhatmaker.com are the property of Boldhatmaker Ltd. or its licensors.

No rights are granted to reproduce, distribute, or commercialize our intellectual property without prior written consent.

User Conduct & Responsibilities

By using the Website, you agree to :

• Provide accurate and current information for all transactions. Comply with all applicable laws and import/export regulations.
• Not misuse the Website, including attempts to hack, disrupt, or exploit its systems.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

• Boldhatmaker makes no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
• Certain jurisdictions may not allow exclusions; in such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boldhatmaker Ltd., its officers, employees, and partners against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales (or specify your jurisdiction).
• Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in [London/your jurisdiction], unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Promotions & Discounts

• Promotional codes are valid only for specified time periods and conditions.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
• Discounts do not apply to shipping, duties, or past orders.

Advertising Release

Boldhatmaker reserves the right to use images of products manufactured in our facilities for marketing and promotional purposes.

• Clients may request exclusion of their products from such use by submitting a written request to ding@boldhatmaker.com prior to order production.

Final Provisions

• Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive Boldhatmaker’s rights.
• If any clause is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
• These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Boldhatmaker.
