Zero Tolerance for Forced Labor

Boldhatmaker expressly forbids the use of any compulsory labor—including prison, indentured, bonded, or trafficked labor—under any circumstances.We guarantee that no worker is compelled to work through force, intimidation, or political persecution. We ensure that:

  • No employee pays for their position.
  • All workers freely retain their personal identification and travel documents.
  • Every employee receives full transparency regarding job terms prior to departure from their home region.

Strict Child Labor Prevention

We do not employ any individual under the age of 15, or below the legal compulsory education age in the manufacturing country—whichever is higher.

Gender Equality & Women’s Rights

Boldhatmaker ensures equal opportunity, pay, and treatment for all employees, regardless of gender. Pregnancy testing is neither required nor encouraged. Employees are entitled to maternity leave in accordance with local laws without risk of termination, penalty, or loss of seniority. Competitive Wages & Benefits

All workers receive wages that surpass the legal minimum wage. Overtime is compensated at or above the statutory rate. All employees receive benefits in full compliance with national regulations.

Fair Working Hours & Leave

Overtime shall not exceed 50 hours per week or local legal limits—whichever is stricter. Every employee is entitled to at least 24 consecutive hours of rest weekly and receives paid annual leave.

Freedom of Association

We recognize and uphold the legal right of all employees to form associations and engage in collective bargaining, without interference.Transparent and respectful dialogue between workers and management is encouraged, with established procedures for conflict resolution and grievance redress.

Respectful Disciplinary Practices
