Fine tuning the details

Within 12 hours, one of our custom headwear specialists will reach out with smart suggestions and quick clarifications to fine-tune your design—so every detail is spot-on before production begins.
We’ll double-check everything: stitch density, thread colors, embroidery placement, print methods, and trims—to make sure your hats reflect your brand exactly as you envision it.

Regarding pricing

Once your custom hat design is locked in, we’ll send a clear, line-by-line quote for your bulk order—so there are no surprises.
You can choose to order a physical sample first (highly recommended!) or go straight to full production. Either way, we’ll share high-res pre-production mockups for your final approval before a single hat is made.

Sample order

Order a custom hat prototype to see your design in real life—before committing to full production.Each sample costs $50 USD plus shipping, with a turnaround of 14–21 days. We’ll even send you high-res photos for approval before it ships.
Good news: If you move forward with a bulk order of 300+ hats, we’ll refund your sample fee in full.

Production order

Once you approve the sample, we’ll send an invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your production slot. As soon as payment clears, we kick off your bulk order—typically taking 35 to 45 working days, depending on design complexity.From cutting to stitching to final inspection, our quality specialists monitor every stage of production to ensure every hat meets our high standards (and yours).

Delivery

Before your order wraps up, our logistics team will confirm your shipping details and offer flexible delivery options to fit your timeline.

Once your hats pass final quality inspection, we’ll send photos of the completed bulk order for your final approval—so you know exactly what’s headed your way.

As soon as your remaining balance and shipping fees are paid, we ship your order right away and provide a full tracking number for real-time visibility from our door to yours.
